Getting Started
Savera OS is free and open source (FOSS) software, as such, you are free to download and use it the way you want. We provide CD/DVD Live Image that you can write the CD/DVD or Pen Drive. Just plug-in this pen drive and boot from it. If you wish to install Savera OS then install option link is right there on the desktop!
Make sure you have AMD or Intel x86 64bit system (pretty much all
general purpose computers now a days are) with at least 8GB RAM and 128
GB SSD. Hard Disk will work but will slow things down. Also, 16GB or
more RAM is recommended if you open lots of browser tabs for your work.

Use of this Software is granted only in territories where age verification for general-purpose operating systems is not legally required. Residents of California (USA), Brazil, and other jurisdictions requiring mandatory OS-level age-gating are NOT authorized to use this software. Any such use constitutes an unauthorized installation and a material breach of this license.
Verify the Image
The image downloaded from internet link needs to be verified to make sure it is exactly what our build servers have published.

Flashing to Pen Drive or CD/DVD
Based on your current system, you can use any of below methods flash Savera OS:
Windows | MacOS | Linux
Please use BalenaEtcher – a utility for flashing of OS images to USB/Pen Drives and SD Cards.
Once you have downloaded and installed this utility, the actual flashing of OS image is very easy:
Select Image → Select Drive → Flash!
If you are using Flathub already then you can use Impression App to flash Savera OS image.
Another option is USBImager.
Linux (for advanced users)
On Linux or Unix, power users can use dd command to flash the OS image to pen drive
